I'm a Catholic. I would suggest finding one you like and trying that out.
Different Catholic churches often have different outreaches. For example, when I moved here to Austin, I attended quite a few churches before I found one I liked.
The one closest to me was much too charismatic and "touchy-feely" for me. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :) It's just not how I feel drawn to worship.
So now I go to one that is a little bit farther away, but that has a nice, down-to-earth service, with guitars and a folk-choir, and a minimum of pomp.

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There are churches world wide. So no matter where you live, you are already living in a ward. The churches are laid out like schools. Geographically. Just look in the phone book and find out which ward your in and what time it starts.
I have been a Mormon for 17 years. I can't imagine my life without Christ in it and my ward family. I have met the nicest, most caring people there. At first my family (non-denominational) thought I was crazy. But recently my one brothers told me that "them Mormons are doing something right." Two of my sisters have been baptized since I joined. They could give you a very long and heart felt reason for loving this wonderful church. Below is a website to link you to the closest church near your home. Good luck!! It'll be the best thing you have ever done. At least it was for me!

That depends on where you live. We attend a "Reformed Episcopal Church" because they teach the Bible as the word of God. There are also some Episcopal Churches that have pulled away from the more liberal Episcopal Church you just have to ask what the church believes in and how they teach the Bible.

It depends on what you are wanting to get out of it. If you need fellowship go to a small church. If you want a church of true down to earth, help people out believers go to a Baptist church. If you just want rotuine and to be left alone try Catholics. Otherwise just find a Christian church. Maybe one close to you or one that a friend belongs to. It is eaiser to find fellowship if someone you already know goes there. Good Luck. God Bless.

We attend our Creator (GOD) every day in every way.
A walk in the woods.
Sitting on the back porch enjoying HIS creations.
There are no Man made walls or sculptures. There are no Man made interpretations.
Just us and the Creator (GOD).
