Not enough information.

It sounds like you're talking about a web-based mail, such as Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail. The only page that could be stopping you is the login page, which means you need the login and the password.

Or perhaps you meant that you're blocked by a web filter that prevents you from going to such webmail sites from school or company computer. If that is the case, stop, as all such attempts are RECORDED by the filter/blocker and further attempts may result in a visit from your boss/teacher/whoever.

Your question is rather vague and doesn't explain enough to assist. If your trying to bypass a filter put in place by the company you work at or the school you attend STOP and contact the system's administrator to help find out why that particular site is blocked. They might be able to help you resolve the problem if the site is genuinely useful or didn't need to be blocked.
