There are so many things that can give me and anyone else a heachache. Stress, if the phone rings a lot, strong scents, lighting. Luckily I'm in my office alone the majority of the time and I open the blinds, and turn out the lights. Using the natural light while using the computer keeps me from getting a headache. It can also be your eyes. I found out last month that my eye sight is great, however my eyes don't focus properly and that causes my head to hurt and things to get a little blury. Good luck trying to pin point the problem, hopefully it's an easy fix.

Tension headaches are due to tight, contracted muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw. They are often related to stress, depression, or anxiety. Overworking, not getting enough sleep, missing meals, and using alcohol or street drugs can make you more susceptible to them. Headaches can be triggered by chocolate, cheese, and monosodium glutamate (MSG). People who drink caffeine can have headaches when they don't get their usual daily amount.

Other common causes include:

--Holding your head in one position for a long time, like at a computer, microscope, or typewriter
-Poor sleep position
-Overexerting yourself
-Clenching or grinding your teeth

Many things contribute to headaches. Anything from certain food triggers to smells; heavy perfumes, chemicals, etc. Also could be physiological reasons like high blood pressure and psychological reasons like anxiety and stress. You should check with your health care provider.
