Everyone's right in a genetic sense, but I reckon you're asking this on a slightly different level. I know I've sometimes wondered the same sorta thing. and I know genetically my make up would be different but conciously would I be someone else, somewhere else??
Made more sense in my head, but I know what I mean.

The chances of the very same egg that your present father fertilized at a particular time with your mother are non-existent. And even if by chance it was the same egg, you would never know since nothing else would have been the same.
Time did not stop the day you were concieved.

The special combination of chormosomes that make up "you" wouldn't of occurred. As a matter of fact even with both original parents conceiving you, if it was at another moment in time, you might of been a different sex. Also, conceiving at another time there would of been different "swimmer" from your father to fertilized your mother's egg producing possibly a very different version of you. Wrap your mind around that!

i think you wouldn't be you as you see yourself, but you could have similar thoughts or personality, maybe if you believe in souls, your soul would be in a different body but it would still be 'you'. Then it also depends on how you are brought up and the type of company you would keep, would you change your persona to suit?? we all do on a daily basis anyway. is the real you the person that people see or a mask of the real you?

You are a product of your Mom's fertilized egg and your Dad's sperm. Your DNA is made up from theirs -- so if they never got together, "you" would not exist.

you would not exist. likewise if your mom had gotten pregnant in a different month than she did you would also not exist. each sperm and egg are different and create different people.

You would not exist, your genetic makeup is a unique blend of your mother and father's genes.

You would not exist.
Need genetic material from BOTH parents simultaneously to equal you.
