This site has a few calculators that help determine what your height might be.

I do know the best way to try to reach your best height potential is to eat balanced and healthy meals, and to keep active. Now for boys it is different than girls. Girls start growing and end growing earlier than boys. With both it has to do with puberty. Boys enter it later than girls, and with girls we know when they have started... the start of their periods. In general it is in the 2-3 years after puberty starts that growth spends up a bit and then pretty much ends. If you are a girl, who started your period at 13, then you may have a inch or two left in ya. But if you are a boy, then you may have 2 years or so left, and even maybe 4-6 inches. BUT it is not a standard for all. Do check out the website listed, play around with the calculators they have.

Do not worry I stopped growing at 5ft3 when I was nearly fourteen. I have always in the past wanted to be taller and sometimes shorter however I think it is a waste of time to worry about what you cannot change.

Who knows you could grow taller, but I would say no more than one or two inches at this age.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. At your age, many males are shorter than the females of the same age. Males have a growth spurt later and catch up or pass the females in height. It is important to enjoy life and not worry about things you can't change.

Speak with your GP.
They will test you to see if you have any pituary gland disorders. If there is a problem it can be treated by the introduction of medications in the way of hormones but this will not guarantee height.
Your wa above the 4'8-4'10 scale for growth hormone but speak with your GP.
genetics play a large part in your body makeup so look at your family and grandparents to see if there are differences.

Actually, guys are not done growing until they're 21-22. Girls are done at 19-20.

There's nothing you can do or take to make yourself grow faster. You have to be patient. Your height comes from your genes, so you will grow naturally. There's absolutely no way to change your height.

Doing stretches on a daily basis can provide help to, notwithstanding it particularly isn't any longer particularly a drastic substitute. it's going to elongate and unfasten up your physique and spinal twine, collectively as improving your posture. you may boost yet another inch or 2, notwithstanding it probable isn't plenty greater advantageous than that. it particularly is beneficial to start strolling in severe heels and stilettos--they are the quick chick's answer to being conventional (Haha.) heavily although, do no longer issue approximately it. The shorter you're, the greater recommendations you have in adult men -- it particularly is embarassing once you're taller than a blind date or a guy you're macking on. settle for it as a blessing in hide.

Height is hereditary and if you parents are shorter than most then chances are you will be. If you are a girl you probably will not get much taller. If you are a boy your next growth spurt is coming. Boys tend to get to their adult height by 17.
