Ribs don't grow back sorry..You will have to take good care of her to ensure she doesn't get injured again now that she is missing two protective ribs. Ribs protect the thoracic cavity from injury.

Pretty so much gonna parrot what different humans have stated. If a puppy is left external at all times, possibilities are it will get hit. You are an irresponsible puppy proprietor should you simply allow him run down the road to you. A well method of stopping this from going down isn't getting one other puppy till you are extra dependable.

Talk to your vet and get a clear answer about how long it will take her. It's amazing that ribs will grow back, in time. Probably a matter of several weeks.
It's important that your dog be on painkillers for a while and her movement limited. Your vet is the best source of information about how to handle her while she heals.

Poor baby. Far as I know, bones do not "grow back" once they are removed from the body. I would check back with the vet regarding follow up care, extra caution due to her injuries, etc.

Ribs do not grow back - you really need to talk to your vet for clarification as to your dog's injury and what you can expect to heal.

They probably won't grow back but that shouldn't be a problem for your puppy.
