Has anyone ever heard of Pop Culture Artist Michael Scoggins?

His stuff is very unique. I haven't seen anything like it. It's so different and reminds me of my childhood.

Guess Who At Large: Yes that is him. He creates the torn paper from hand and it looks like a normal 8 x 11 sheet but it is about 6' tall.
