I don't know of a different medication for you. what you can do is increase walking as much as possible especially going up and down stairs. Weight watchers has a program for diabetics and they have a very good nutritional program with a high success rate. I recommend you try them online.

If you wan't to obtain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over consume with junk meals. This will without doubt makeyou fatter, and dangerous. But in case you wan't to obtain muscle you're going to ought to drink a few top protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I believe might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid placed of the burden. You might wan't to determine out a few low-priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter varieties of normal herb capsules to aid help the muscle mass. I are not able to believe of any names of those varieties, however I do recognise they exist, I've heard of individuals taking them, and had well outcome whilst taken most of the time.
