A large tropical island with several sand beaches, a Tiki bar on each open 24/7, space enough that you can retreat to the privacy of your own palm hut though, and no dogma other than you can't hurt others or be stealin' their booty (Yeah, I'm a bit anti-pirate here). The beer volcano should erupt twice a day but do no property damage just enough that everyone can collect a few vats of beer. The stripper bar should also have some nice looking men. Oh, and a nice reef a bit offshore would be good since I like to spend as much time under the waves as on them. That is my pirate dream.

I'd be thinking that it would be pleasant with a variety of seasons, plentiful food and good drinks with nary a hangover on the horizon. Spice it up wit a bit o' alternate universes to explore an' a wee peek or two in to the past. Not to mention the occasional orgy or two.
