if u r younger then 18 ur parent has to sign or the person who is watching u but if they wont let u u can do wat i did took my friends mom she is like 25 or so and she told them she was my mom and wat not so um she signed for me to get mine done and well my parents didnt find out until my wunt told them which she should have never done cuz i was there talking to my parents and everything they didnt even notice i hid it well but its not hard to hide it

yes, i own a tatoo and body shop, but the rules are they can sing for it and they must be there at the time of the piercing also. If i were you i would not get your tounge pierced, it will hurt your teeth and gums, trus me i had it done and I had to have very expensive dental work done.
