I know it's not my bone structure that makes me have a rounded face because I can feel that I have more of a pointy jaw, but when I bend my head down I get another layer of fat, like a double chin, & I hate it.
I'm not really looking for 'you're not fat' [if I get any] because I'd just like to know the best way to lose face fat. If I lose body fat anyway, will my face sort itself out? & note: I said BEST way to lose weight ,not the fastest.
I'm willing to pay for stuff like swimming but I'm 15 & don't have the best allowance, I can't afford the Gym every day.
I'm not happy with my stomach either. Any tips on that?

Make a frown, and try to squeeze your eyebrows down over your eyes. Next, raise your eyebrows up as far as you can with your eyes open as wide as possible. Do that 5 times. Then, lie down on your back on your bed, and hang your head off the edge. Lift your eyebrows as high as you can with your eyes open as wide as possible again. Relax, and then repeat that 10 times. Then, sit up and crunch your eyebrows down over your eyes, squeeze your nose up while trying to flare your nostrils and hold it for 10 seconds. Relax, and then repeat it 5 times!.Stick the tip of your tongue out and suck in your cheeks. Maintain that expression for a few seconds and then relax. Next, push your lower lip on top of your upper lip and try to touch your nose (with your lower lip). While you smile as wide as possible, try and touch the tip of your nose with your tongue. These exercises may seem silly, but they are strenuously working your face muscles. And working any muscles will burn calories and fat. Although losing weight takes time to notice results, if you stick to a plan you will achieve the look you want.

I know you don't want to hear it, but right now you are very close to being underweight. I wouldn't really suggest losing a large amount of weight as being underweight can create a whole mess of problems.
Just because your face is round does not mean your face is fat. I know many thin women with rounder faces, and I know larger women with very thin faces. Does any one else in your family have a round face? Genetics can play a huge part in your shape.
It is possible to change your face shape with weight gain/loss. I know when I lost weight, my face went from a round shape to a bit more square. I still have a bit of the chub, though, but everyone in my family has the same thing (despite weight).
Since I don't think a diet would be good for you, I would suggest drinking more water and cutting back on salty foods and sugary drinks. Your body may be retaining water, giving you a puffier face. Try it for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't, then that is probably your normal face shape, and short of surgery, nothing is really going to fix that.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The only thing you could do, is you could try facial exercises, but would you really want to keep it up all the time?! The reason you have it is largely down to genetics, if your parents both have double chins then you've probably inherited the tendency to store fat there too.
And just so you know - most people do have a bit of a double chin, there's no need to be ashamed of it it's totally normal!

a great way is to do facial exercises. my housemate is japanese and we're in uni and every night for 40 minutes she cups her face and pats it, pats her cheecks and under her chin and she told me it was an ancient japanese tradition, so she taught me how and you get great results! (although i think about 10-20 minutes is fina haha)
also, drink WATER! i know it's oversaid, but i can't stress the importance of it. 2 litres a day, and in a week you should see improvements, of course there's the downfall of the frequent bathroom trips.
another great tip is drinking lemon in your water b/c it has natural antioxidants which flush out the toxins in your body quickly and it should help you lose weight, it also clears up your skin and whitens it naturally.
and finally, chew chewing gum!! really, it works! you use the muscles in your cheeks a lot more and it should help out a lot, plus fresh breath. also, running/jogging will help i n the long term, next time you go for a job concentrate on how much your face is moving - that's the fat you'll be burning off if you keep it up!!
goodluck, these tips worked for me!
holladolla has good answers, if you don't mind having wrinkles when you're older - you're not supposed to over-work facial muscles.

Go for protein rather then sugar to keep energy levels going strong as an alternative to crashing. Edamame in pods will be the perfect snack since it takes a while to eat and a one-cup providing offers 12 grams of healthy proteins.

My friend used to chew rubber balls (about pingpong size). Basically kept biting down on it to exercise his jaw muscles. That worked at getting rid of lower face fat. You have to be careful not to accidentally swallow it and choke though ;-)
Dont know where you would buy them, maybe a squash ball would do.
