When I open up my sreen reads:
cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt or wrong version. File"DBGHELP.DLL2, error 1157

I have downloaded this file but nothing changes

On boot up tap the f8 key repeatedly until you see a list of boot options, from there choose "last known good configuration that worked",then hit the enter key, see if that sorts it out, Windows stores a file archive of, last known good, and picks that configuration and time stamp that made a successful boot.

after you download it, save it in the windows\system32 folder and reboot the PC so it gets registered
