I woke up at 4:00 in the morning with my legs hurting, i felt a weird tingly feeling in my bladder area and needing to go to the bathroom. So i try to go but nothing comes out. Then I drink some water and a minute later some come out little by little. So I take some tylenol wait a little while and then go back to bed, but i kept feeling like i needed to go to the bathroom. So this morning when i woke up I felt pain on one side of my back and then my sides started hurting, and right now only my left side hurts.

I think i started my period but i'm not sure.

it DOES sound like you have a uti and you need to start drinking cranberry juice ASAP!! like a whole jug of it thruout the day. that should clear it up. if you don't feel better by tomorrow you should go to the doctor and get somthing for it, if you don't it can (and probably will) turn into a kidney infection which hurts much more.

are you sexually active? people who are sexually active are more likely to get a uti, there is an antibiotic you can take after intercourse (you have to get it from a doctor) but it will prevent recurring UTI

When you men have intercourse, relying on role, his penis is urgent up towards your urethra and pushing micro organism into it. This will make your UTI worse. That's why you don't have intercourse for the period of a UTI. Also, a few antibiotics can form of cancel out the results of beginning manipulate. That's a further well rationale, eh? AND It's NOT contagious.

you may very well have. If it feels like you are peeing a barbed wire fence, then yes. Don't play around with this because your UTI can turn into a kidney infection real quick. If you throw up, go to emergency.
