I purchesed a dvd collection from that web site and they sent be pirated knock offs. The collection isnt even complete.

Well, they do say they offer refunds up to 30 days for any reason. That would reduce your losses to the shipping charges.

They're kind of secretive about their location which makes me suspicious. The domain is owned by GoDaddy.com. and rented to the actual merchant. The shipping tag should give an indication where they're located.

Try the refund program first. If that doesn't do anything for you, then it depends on how you paid. If by credit card, dispute it with the card company. They'll know who to contact. If by Paypal, I don't know the terms but they do offer some warranty.

If by any other payment, well, probably the time and hassle, and even the minimal cost of small claims court, will probably not even be worth it. One of those "Lessons Learned" kind of things.
