Absolutely not. Abraham is mentioned in all three faiths (Jewish, Christian, and Muslim) as the father of each "religion".

Trace his lineage back even further, and you'll understand that we all worship the same God.

Looking forward to seeing my Christian, Jewish and Muslim brothers and sisters in Heaven.

I hope to see you there too, my friend.

No. Like I asked before, Do you live in California?
Was there thunder last night?
Do you live near a railroad track?
If my book of Ancient Egyptian Spells were to fall off the shelf, does that mean I should use it next time instead of writing a new one?
Or how about this: If my book on Dentistry from the 1800s were to fall off the shelf, could I be a Dentist instantly without further schooling, if I already have my Master's Degree in Art Education?
Think about it!

If it was the qu'ran it wasn't a sign from God. Because the qu'ran is not of God. But even still. In my first answer....it doesn't sound like a sign at all to me.
