Technically, you should if you are doing 66 in a 65. But, ya know.
80 in a 65 ? Without question. Why is this an issue. They have to stop someone. Just the presence of a police car slows traffic. You just happened to get caught.

Breaking the law is breaking the law. If you were a member of a murdering mob, and you murdered a person while ten or twelve others murdered a person next to you, should you all get charged with murder, or would your defense be that the others did it too?
(I don't want to hear that comparing speeding to murder is comparing apples to oranges. I'm making the point that you broke the law no matter how many others broke the law around you.)
Besides, speeding in your car can lead to murder, and your potential victims are in other cars around you. What is so hard to understand about that?

Of course. Heard a cop once say "Traffic stops are like fishing, you can't catch'em all". Just because everybody is speeding, it doesn't change the speed limit.

Its called "safety in numbers" or "cop swamping" where you think you can escape the law speeding in a group.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS. Police and particularly Highway Patrol are trained to stop the entire group and issue everyone a citation. There is a technique used, and you may get to find out just how it works.
Some cops specialize in this and are very, very good at it. Some cops LOVE doing this.
Be careful out there!

Of course. Anytime you are going above the speed limit you can get a ticket. Even if everyone is going above the speed limit, you can still get caught.

There's a good chance that you will - they can't pull you ALL over, so it'll be random. You could get lucky, but if you don't, you just have to pay the fine becuase you DID break the law.

i think of those warning signs are positioned up with the thought no person can exceed the value shrink (very like the value shrink warning signs themselves), even nevertheless all of us know that throughout no way happens, so i might say they probably advise site visitors going slower than the value shrink. whether, what i think of it means is all non-passing site visitors stay out of the left lane or leftmost lanes, in keeping with what number lanes there are.
