Question about terrorists and their version of Islam?

I am a Muslim woman. I've studied Islam for 10 years now. I also study it everyday. I see an accusation by others or something negative, I do the research and find it's always been taken out of context. And this is exactly what the Quran says, that we as Muslims are to question everything. Only by questioning can you understand anything.

Here is what I'm wondering. When do you think the terrorists will wise up and realize that it's all politics and they should stop using the name of Islam to do these things? When will they wake up and demand that their leaders, who have lied about 72 virgins being given in Heaven to those who do this despite the Quran not saying a single thing about 72 virgins or anything sexual in Heaven, go out and do the same?

Shouldn't the terrorists who are being brainwashed, upon being told to kill themselves and other innocent people, demand that the "leaders" demanding they do this do it themselves first since they believe so strongly in it?

I know if I was debating a terrorist (if he didn't kill me first for using my Islamic right to get an education which is also a requirement, not a choice) I could debunk him on ANYTHING. I've already done it to fanatics, and even my step sister's husband who is from Palestine and well studied had to admit I was right when he was arguing with me for an hour. He could have saved himself the trouble and checked the Quran about the argument instead of telling me I as a woman was wrong. He called an hour later apologizing and admitting I was right.

Oh, and if some crazy extremist tried telling me I'd get all of these rewards for killing these innocent people, I'd say "Ok, sounds great. Why don't you do it first and tell me how that works out for you?"

Well if we speak strictly on Palestinians, There have been many psychological studies done about suicide bombers specifically in the Palestinian Territories. All the studies were done on potential suicide bombers that got arrested before they could blow themselves up, obviously it would be difficult to question them afterwards. You can even read about the studies, Dr. Richard Falk of Princeton University, found that over 90% of suicide bombers have some one close to them lost by Israeli terror. The rest have some sort of home or land taken by Israel. He has come to the conclusion after studying many many cases, that the psychological warfare Israel is doing against Palestinian civilians, is causing mass psychological disorders among the Palestinians.

For the rest of the world's suicide bomber's, they just lack patience.

As muslim, I believe nothing will happen unless God SWT Give Permission.

It looks odd at the moment, but I am sure there is a reason.

We as muslims are challenged, are we agreeing with the infidels or try to support our fellow muslims.

I tell you a story in my country.
One volcano seems really ready to explode/errupt.
All technical data and all modern equipment indicated a real danger, so the government orderred everybody around that area to evaquate.
An old man very spiritual being, didnot want to move. He said, the volcano was not going to errupt; it's gonna be earthquake down south which would happen.

Everybody laughed at this uneducated old man.
But : He is right!
No erruption until today (it's > a year ago) but sure at that time earth quake and tsunami happened as what he, an uneducated man, said.

So, I can only remind you as sister muslims, you maybe right, intellectually you maybe right, and I praise you for yr consistancy, but God Knows what's happened behind the screen.

PLease support mentally our fellow muslims.
If in yr opinion, they are stupid or wrong by whatever they are doing, come on let us pray so they get Allah SWT's Taufiq and Hidayah; But if they are actually right but we cant see that it's right, let's pray to Allah SWT, so they will win against the agressors.

Muslimah, my answer to you is on the 72 virgins. A man will be married in heaven and he will have more than one wife, but nothing about 72 wives. The number of wives a man will have depends on the level of heaven he will be in, because as we know, heaven is a number of levels.

However, those who condemn muslims for saying that a man will have more than one wife in heaven should read their bible, as the bible also promises a man a number of wives( in the bible actually, a numerical figure is given to be 40).

It is sad to see muslims brain washed into terrorism and not thinking for themselves, after all, islam constantly encourages us to think and reflect.

EDIT: I remember watching a program after the terrorist attack and there was this very nice lady on. Her words still
echoe in my mind, as she is right. She said:
" the will of God serves the purpose of God"

Hopefully, a massive number of people were curious about islam after the "alleged " terrorist attack in america and bothered to study the true message of islam.

God is certainly not going to tell someone to take innocent lives. Especially in a terrorist way. God is about love, mercy, kindness. Anything else is of the devil. Terrorist are afraid of advancement, progress, and knowledge. Because they would be out of business with it.

I think the problem is that Muslims of good faith, like yourself, generally are too afraid to say anything, especially those that live outside the United States. (Exaggerating some here...) It is a bit intimidating to challenge a leader when the leader is holding a loaded AK-47 and is surrounded by masked men with AKs and scimitars.

There are those who dislike Islam because it is a threat to their faith in America.

Many have known famliy members perhaps who converted so they feel resentment.

They will look for negative aspects about Islam no matter what.

You are so full of crap.islam is a cult of killers...pure and simple.There should be a bounty on them...even so called 'American' muslims.No way you can be both an "American" and muslim...they are not compatible.
