the foil my hairdresser uses is not the same kitchen foil. it is thinner than regular foil, you can buy it at sally hair supply already cut in the correct size sheets but you CAN use kitchen foil but the precut is easier to work with.

yup its the same stuff.
they just cut it to a standerd size by machine.
