Can My BF get in truble if we have conusal sex and i become pregnant. Since i was not forced to they still charge him as a crime or since im closer to 18 they would dissmis the trial hes 22.

That depends on the state. legal age of consent usually has nothing to do with the Romeo/Juliet law that says anyone having sex under the age of 18 can be tried(usually on the male for some screwed up reason). However a 22 yr old have sex with a 17 year old is illegal.And in most states it won't matter that you consented if the DA wants to try him.

I beleive the age of consent is now 16, so if you are close to 18 then nothing can be done. Use birth control, use condoms... if you are under 18 you don't need to have children yet! Good Luck!

That depends on what state you live in and what the age of consent is. You should call you local police department and ask what the legal age for consent is. In some states in is 16, but in others it is 18.
