Brown and drain the meat, boil and drain the pasta, chop and saute the veggies till soft in a little olive oil, then mix together with some shredded cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish, and add more cheese to the top. Bake in a 350 oven for 20-30 min. till the cheese is melted.
Variation: add a small jar of any red pasta sauce, or a can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup, to the mixture before putting it into the casserole. Shredded Parmesan cheese would be good with the red sauce variation.

This sounds really good! I'm not a very exact when it comes to measurements and I'm big on substitutions so bear with me as I offer a guideline.
What I would do is sautee all the veg together in a little olive oil, onion, and garlic, season as desired, then brown and season the meat separately, and cook the pasta separately. Then drain pasta, meat, and toss in together with veggies.
You might stir in some broth, or some salad dressing, or some cream soup to add flavor and give the mixture a coating. Then spoon into a greased baking dish.
You might add cheese, french fried onion bits, potato chip crumbs, breadcrumbs, bacon bits, etc as toppings.
I would bake it at about 400 and since the ingredients are all precooked, you just have to heat it all through or brown the toppings...so my guess is...25 minutes or less.

Add a jar of prego and some cheese and you're done!
First brown your meat and drain. then start your onions, sweat them out in a little olive oil, maybe add a couple cloves of garlic, add chopped zucchini, diced tomatoes, season with salt/pepper and italian seasoning. pour on the prego and simmer. i'd pour in a splash of the red wine i'm drinking for extra flavor.
cook noodles separate then combine in casserole dish. top with cheese and bake till bubbly.
