I get about 6-10 of these scam emails per day. Same story, different organizations, company's, individuals. It is a scam to steal your identity, charge lots of things to you. Defraud you in any way they can and disappear into thin air. Don't believe them. If they were real you would not have to give them your life story. They would also have a way to contact you that could be checked and email just isn't that way. Neither are phone calls that ask a lot of personal information and promise you money etc. but you have to give them your bank account info so they can deposit money in your account. Yeah right!!!!!!! The old adage of - if it sounds too good to be true - guess what? - it is too good to be true - guess what? - it still holds as true today as it was yesterday. In this day and time with all our technology - even more so.

Anyway, I mark them as spam and have them erased. I do want you to know I was not trying to be a smart *ss to you, you are certainly not the first to get these and wonder if they just might be true. (Ummmm, yeah, I wondered a little too. I wished it were true a LOT!! LOL!!!!!!

I do wish you the best and if you play the legitimate lottery I hope you win!!!

God bless

Well, there is no Yahoo lottery. It's just a scam to steal your money/bank account info. Someone could also send you email that you were elected president. Would you believe that?

So use your imagination to think of the many ways you'd be screwed if you actually fell for this person's scam...
