Rom 10:6 "But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? that is, to bring Christ down from above]:
Rom 10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead."
As Christians we do all that we can to tell the salvation story to all who will receive it, as long as there is life. After that they are in Gods hands and what a wonderful place to be unless you have rejected the call of His Son.
Rev 3:20 "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

If they were saved then yes....they are in heaven.
Heaven is open for all who turn to Christ in repentance.
Hell awaits all those who do not.
You might want to not take Scripture out of context either........it's a bad practice.
