If he's convicted of all or most of the upcoming felony charges,
I don't think as a convict, he'll be considered a resident of any state. But if he's convicted, I'm real sure he'll be considered a resident of the Nevada Department of Corrections.

I work in casinos in Vegas,you can do almost any sick thing you want in Vegas as long as you NEVER mess with anything that is in any way connected to gaming or the hotel industry.
They take that more seriously than murder!

This is just carma coming back to punish him for not getting it when he killed his wife and her friend. so yes I think he will become a resident of Navada.
