Cosa vuoi che ti dica?
That's how they say it. I'm Italian so I know it. However you can say it in 2 ways:
Cosa vuoi che ti dica? - that's more like "what do you want me to tell YOU" emphasising on the fact that you got nothing to tell him/her.
Cosa vuoi che dica? - that's more general, directed to nobody, just a general statement.

In our conversations (I'm Italian native) we mostly say
"che vuoi che ti dica ".
Above "cosa vuoi che ti dica" or or "che cosa vuoi che ti dica " are absolutely correct, but I guess are less used being more formal.
