The general rule of thumb is a pound equals 3500 calories. Therefore if you are burning an extra 1000 calories a day, for seven days, you have burned 7000 extra calories or 2 pounds.

As someone else here mentioned, the thumb rule is: a pound of fat is equivalent to about 3500 Calories. Theoretically, you’d lose 2 pounds a week. However, a diet containing 1000 Calories a day married with a 2000 Calorie per day exercise routine is NOT a good idea. You might be surprised at how many Calories you burn each day just breathing, walking around at the mall or washing dishes. On a personal note, I tried doing something similar over the summer combining a strict diet with about 2 to 3 hours of vigorous pedaling each day. I couldn’t sustain it for very long and, frankly, I found it to be a pretty unhappy experience. After a month and a half, I’d lost about 10 percent of my body weight. But… I no longer slept well or for very long, and I was tired almost all the time. There are better ways to lose weight.

Hard to say, everyone is different. It is surely a very unhealthy way to diet and your lbs will be back on soon, it would be better if you ate 2000 calories a day and burned about a 1000.

Your body will burn about 1200 just to survive, so if you havn't already added them then your caloric intake will be -2000 (-14 000 a week). One lb of body fat is equal to 3500, so you will loose 4 lbs a week.
If you have added the 1200 then 2lbs a week.

most likely only water weight.

if you are burning twice as many calories as you are ingested what nutrients is your body going to use for biological processes? you will definetly screw up your metabolic rate with your current weight loss plan. you only need to create a 500 calorie a day deficit for weight loss. where did you come up with 1000 cals? that's enough nutrients for someone that weighs about 85 lbs and does not exercise.

You will lose 1 pound for every 3500 calories you burn over and above what you take in.
