be they so removed from the Pirate Jesus they forget they are to leave the world alone and focus on themselves and thy matey's. In the Pirate code passed down from him who was god of rum is not the code meant to teach other pirates to fix themselves and show the rightness of being a pirate through living a pirate life? Did he command ye to force children in school to recite the pirate code? To legislate the pirate code so others would be forced to walk the plank or accept the code as thy own?
Arrr, he did no such thing. He commanded ye not to whine if other pirates sail the 7 seas. To not whine ye be persecuted when ye not be, for that is against the code and bears false witness against another pirate.
Arrr, remember the code of the Pirate Jesus and stop following the the mutiny of the Pirate Paul, arrrr!!!

Happy talk like a pirate day!

Arr Cap'n, that be proper sense you be a-talkin'. Let all that follow the code be free to follow their own paths and chances, and the treasures of the world belong to those as can get 'em, and those as can keep 'em! To the locker with rulin' and schoolin' and whinin' - Yo ho for the tolerant pirates!

Avast, me hartey! Seriously, though, persecution takes many forms. The fact that you ask such a question could be construed as persecution - you are making light of Christians. By the way, if you look world-wide, Christianity is under more state-run persecution than any other religion. For instance, in Muslim countries, conversion to Christianity is punishable by death. In Hindu countries (remember Hindu is supposed to be tolerant), Christians are treated as the lowest caste. However, in Christian nations (such as America) all religions are treated fairly (mind you, we are at war with terrorism, not Islam).

Because of everything you just wrote.
Reverse all that and pretend a christian wrote that about non christians.. you'd get hyped up.
I don't agree with christians.. OR ANY OTHER RELIGION.. that forces their beliefs on people.
And I also don't agree with atheists who force their atheism on christians.. We ALL do it. We ALL whine that life sucks, people are picking on me, people don't believe in what I believe.. blah blah blah blah... Turn around.. walk to your bathroom. Take a look in the mirror.. Forget that you're against christianity and say... "What makes me so different?"

Yeah, dang them Christians for whining while they're being persecuted.

Rejoice in the love and mercy of the one true God, and take comfort in the covenant of the New Testament (salvation of the eternal soul thru His Son, Jesus).

Because they don't know what persecution REALLY is. Make them walk the plank! Then they will know!
