Pork apple and sage, from hartleys market stall in burnley they are the dogs bollocks!!! Dry fry them in a hot pan with some sliced pink lady apple wedges and serve with a good dollop of sweet potato mash with mixed spice! Enjoy!

Weisswurst in Germany, comes in a bowl of broth, accompanied by a pretzel and some sweet mustard. A revelation!!! After all the Germans take very seriously their sausages, lol
