GENESIS

26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

God made more that just Adam and Eve during creation, the bible just focuses on them more. When Cain slew Able he was sent to the east by god where he found a wife.

One might think that after the murder of Abel, only his guilty brother Cain and their parents, Adam and Eve, were left on the earth. However, Adam and Eve had a large family. According to Genesis 5:3, 4, Adam had a son named Seth. The account adds: “The days of Adam after his fathering Seth came to be eight hundred years. Meanwhile he became father to sons and daughters.” So Cain married his sister or perhaps one of his nieces. Since mankind was then so close to human perfection, such a marriage evidently did not pose the health risks that may imperil the offspring of such a union today.

After the murder, Cain left and went to the next town where he found a wife. I've been agonizing over where the next town came from and how all the people got there. It is like something out of a Stephen King novel. My other concern was how he made it to the next town without being snapped up by a wayward Trannosaurus Rex looking for breakfst.

The Bible says Adam and Eve had three sons and seven daughters. I'm sure The Bible says somewhere that they had more kids than that though... I'm drawing a blank.

Try to make a loooong story short. Each had a twin sister.

The Bible includes in writing the key facts that we need to learn lessons from. (Whether we do or not is our own free will). There's loads of other information that was not deemed to have that level of criticality, and that's part of the Oral tradition - the Talmud.

Adam and Eve had both male and female reproductive organs. So did their kids. So they all were in a sense women, and able to get pregnant.
