I need to change the font from the default Calibri to Times New Roman. Where do I go to change it.

I also need to make the size of the font default at 12.

Open Normal.dot and make your changes. it should be located in C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

After saving the template, start a new document to see your new default settings.

Open word, on top toolbar click format then font, choose any that are available on the system.
