Depends on where you are but in general Commercial airliner is safest with Trains, Trams and Buses being pretty good as well (pretty much any public transport system is going to be safer than a car).

Cars are about middle of the range with walking tending to be a bit more dangerous.

Bicycles and Motorbikes tend to be the most dangerous ways to travel (although that's largely because of what happens when they hit cars).

Every form of transport has its own level of risks

Generally, driver in vehicle is better off than rider on vehicle when all are moving on the same road

There has been no reported injuries or death during people using Koalas as transport, so I guess if you travel be koala you will be pretty safe.
