'You shall be with me today in Paradise,'

I am sorry you are feeling down. I understand what it feels like to know that you should feel grateful but don't and/or can't. Being lonley is very difficult. I don't want to preach, however, If you just talk to Jesus and give him your frustration and lonliness he will carry that burden for you. It may not come instantly but He will be faithful to take away your depression. I was severely depressed last year. I prayed and thanked God for my blessings I did have. I turned all those negative thoughts over to him. I can tell you that today I feel much better and God was faithful and rescued me from that horrible pit of dispair. You may want to give it a try. Below is one of my favorite scriptures of hope. I do pray that you feel happier soon. Take care.

'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future'." Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

1. Jesus spread good cheer everywhere he went. He was full of grace and truth. His associates never ceased to wonder at the gracious words that proceeded out of his mouth. You can cultivate gracefulness, but graciousness is the aroma of friendliness which emanates from a love-saturated soul.

2. When Jacob finished speaking, Jesus replied: "Jacob, you have well stated the teachings of the olden prophets who taught the children of their generation in accordance with the light of their day. Our Father in Paradise is changeless. But the concept of his nature has enlarged and grown from the days of Moses down through the times of Amos and even to the generation of the prophet Isaiah. And now have I come in the flesh to reveal the Father in new glory and to show forth his love and mercy to all men on all worlds. As the gospel of this kingdom shall spread over the world with its message of good cheer and good will to all men, there will grow up improved and better relations among the families of all nations. As time passes, fathers and their children will love each other more, and thus will be brought about a better understanding of the love of the Father in heaven for his children on earth. Remember, Jacob, that a good and true father not only loves his family as a whole--as a family--but he also truly loves and affectionately cares for each individual member."

3. It is wrong to think of God as being coaxed into loving his children because of the sacrifices of his Sons or the intercession of his subordinate creatures, "for the Father himself loves you." It is in response to this paternal affection that God sends the marvelous Adjusters to indwell the minds of men. God's love is universal; "whosoever will may come." He would "have all men be saved by coming into the knowledge of the truth." He is "not willing that any should perish."

Here are some verses from the Bible I trust will bless you:

Psalms 5:11 But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You.

Psalms 16:11 You will show the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

1 Corinthians 1:3 Grace to you and peace from God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4:6,7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – meditate on these things.

Good morning Anna A, "All the lonely people where do they all come from" song Tony Bennett.

Susan Lenzkes, "When Life Takes What Matters" quote,
"False hope expects to find relief from suffering, True hope expects to find God in suffering."

And hope does not disapoint us because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. romans5;5

Lonely is a feeling, yet we are never alone, I too get that feeling from time to time, welcome the feeling don't fight it,
once you accept it & welcome it, work through it, It will pass,
"I feel lonely today what can I do about it, what will I do about it." Change something in me, about me, reach out to some one else, get out of me. Know you may be lonely, but not alone! Blessings-----Today is a new day!

You have Life, grateful or not. What you are doing is focusing on the story of the life. There could be no story without the Life. The Kingdom of Heaven is within. If you are not "within" you are "without!

Psalm 71:19-21 Your righteousness reaches to the skies, O God,
you who have done great things.
Who, O God, is like you?
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again;
from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.
You will increase my honour and comfort me once again.
