My cat seems prefectly healthy, but he keeps vomiting. He shows no signs of a sensitive stomach, and he is not an outside cat. Does anyone have any ideas?

If your cat seems healthy, but is vomiting than something is not right.I would take him to the vet and make sure that it's not something serious.especially if he is not an outside cat.Maybe it's the food that you are giving to him.Maybe it's time for a change in food. You really didn't give me much to go
on.But I always treated my animals the same as I did myself.I just gave them a lot less of whatever it is that I took.
I know that my dog was sick one time ,so I
made a broth for him.I used all the veg that I had on hand including garlic, and onion,g.pepper, and all that.Than I boiled it with just a taste of salt in it,I gave him the
broth, and I ate the rest with some baked fish. All joking aside,I would stop the whole food for at least a day.Give him lots of water, and maybe some bullion. If that doesn't do the trick than I would go get some rosewood oil as it is good for nausea
among other things.

You should take the cat to the vet to be safe, but my mom owns a 15 year old cat that throws up at least three times everyday. Basically whenever she eats. We've gotten her looked at numerous times, and no vet can find anything wrong with her. She's perfectly healthy. But, she eats too fast (our best guess) and doesn't chew her food. I've always thought of her as my little binge-and-purge kitty :) So, definitely get her looked at, but don't be too concerned in the mean time. She might just be a cat that throws up. Annoying but true :)

I just had the same issue with my cat. She was vomiting after eating and drinking water. I would recommend taking him to the vet in case he gets dehydrated and to rule out any other medical problems. It could be a hairball but it could be something worse. My cat is slowly getting better. You could also try feeding baby food (chicken or lamb) if it can't keep it's food down.

Feed him boiled chicken for a few days. Also watch if he has furballs. Also check that he eats, drinks poops and urinates properly. If after 2 days everything is fine but the vomiting persists, take him to the vet. If any of the above parameters is not OK, take him to the vet immediately. At least call your vet to ask what he thinks.

My cat died from a problem that started of with vomiting. After we moved homes, we would come home later from work. He wouldn't eat all day, and then binge when we came in. we took him to the vet several times, and later he had complications from it and died. seek help from a vet as soon as you can before its too late.

could be hairballs. call the vet and ask what type of hairball treatment you should use. does it throw up after eating every time or just once in a while?

Try feeding it something else! Mabe the food is bad for it. I had a cat who died she kept on vomiting to so feed it soft food!
