Hi I'm an 18 year old university student and recently I met a very beautiful woman in the golf club. We really got to know each other well and right now we're really good friends. The only thing is that she's 28 years old working as a marketing consultant in a banking company. Is it okay if I ask her out given the age gap? She's really a very charming and kind lady.

Go for it, but keep an open mind and expect her to say yes or no.
If she says yes, good for you
If she says no, she is probably looking at the age gap, since you say she is such a nice person, you should continue keeping her as a friend, don't hold a grudge. It will show you how mature you are and mabye she will rethink her position

it is ok to ask her out if you really mean it. age differences dont matter. But you both are in quite different stages of your life you will have to work very hard to make the relationship work.

So long as the relationship is open and honest, no-one can get hurt. Go for it...ask her out, if she is keen you will soon find out....trust me, she'll be flattered to know a younger man is interested!

Sure. It does not count at all. In all my relationships I had huge age gaps and it never mattered. Go for it.

if you were my brother I would do the impossible to dishearten you from seeing this woman. she is much older than you. she only would want to show you off to her friends. I don't like it. maybe now its all so fun and attractive, but when time passes you see that you both develop different interests due to your age gap. i was in your situation myself belive me... its fun for a short while!!
