Keep em out of reach.
You shouldn't give her a chew when you catch her as she will see this as a reward.
When you catch her doing it say No firmly and maybe give her a light tap on her muzzle.

Most puppies from all breeds are "shoe chewers." I agree with the other answers to have plenty of chew toys and to keep your shoes in the closet. But sometimes in puppies it is a sign of boredom, or it can be a behavior due to being home alone. I would suggest using a spray found in most pet stores that will keep them away from furniture, shoes,or a part of the yard you don't want them in. A cheaper solution is to spray on the soles of the shoes pure vinegar. That is a smell all pets detest. And it is completely safe. Good luck.

First, you have to not leave your shoes where the dog can get them....then, make sure she has plenty of acceptable things to chew on. When you catch her chewing on something inappropriate, take it away from her immediately with a sharp No!, do not smack her in the nose, it will only make her fearful of your hands.

Every time you catch her tell her no and give her a chew toy of her own. Also keep the shoes in the closet. We had a mini Schnauzer at one point in time and he ate my Hubby's $200 cowboy boots our kids gave him for Christmas he was not happy at all but learned to keep shoes in closet, and lots of chew toys around for him (the dog).

You need to own the shoes. Teach her that she can't touch them. In the meantime spray them with apple cider vinegar, She'll leave them alone and the vinegar will clean your shoes.

This is a "puppie behavior". She doesn't have a clue. Just make sure you don't leave them in easy reach.
It shouldn't last much longer though.
/unless there is a deeper reason for it/
