I am looking for a wedding planning book with checklists, etc that I can fill in with details of the wedding I'm going to be in. All I've found so far is books for the bride, groom and Mother of the bride. Please suggest what I can use.

are you looking for something to keep yourself and the wedding organized? I tried searching online and I couldn't find a book either.

I did find a checklist of maid of honor duties and what is supposedly expected from the MOH, though I suppose it would vary from wedding to wedding and what each bride would like their MOH to do.

If you can't find anything, you might want to purchase a binder and some seperators.

here's the website i found, check with the bride and see what she would like to you do? at least it's a starting point

this is the first article of 12 on here that are related to being a MOH and MOH duties. Hopefully it's a good starting point for you, some of the ideas seem a little far fetched but hopefully it helps.

Wow.... well first of all, congrats secondly, I think it's great that your friend is so willing and able to help you! You better get her a GOOOD present ha! The only problems i can think of are that you two might get tired of each other, like being with each other every minute and talking about wedding all the time. Don't forget your friendship in all the planning. Also, I could see problems coming up when she picked out thing that you didn't like, and vice versa (obvi, it's your wedding, but this is going to be in her portfolio of work, right? so she will want it to represent her taste a little as well) Good luck, I'm sure everything will be great!

I always recommend this book to anyone who is planning a wedding: The Ultimate Wedding & Ceremony Workbook for the Planning-Impaired (ISBN 0-9664992-3-9) Not only does it have detailed checklists, but has ceremony ideas as well.
