I am experiencing massive stomach aches, Sweaty palms, the inability to concentrate. Could caffeine be contributing to this? Would yoga everyday help or make me weaker?

Go to your GP. You could be having hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). Especially, if there is no event that triggers your anxiety in the first place.
Do you find yourself feeling too warm all the time? Any bulging of the eyes? Any swelling in the neck area (goitre)? Do you have too rapid heartbeats (tachycardia?). You mention stomach aches...but how about diarrhoea? Do you have them? feeling agitated and moody? All those are symptoms of hyperthyroidism, if there is no other psychiatric or psychology explanation (depression, stressing events etc), that is.

I don't think caffein explain the sweaty palm very well. And caffein could make you loss concentration but mainly because of the rapid hearbeats, and I am not sure if you have that.

About yoga....it's surely a good excercise. But if there is an underlying medical condition, you have to treat that first before any amount of yoga would benefit you.

Hope this helps.

Not sure whats going on with you, food or anxiety? Yoga does not make you weak, it actually makes you stronger and teaches you to calm down, relax. When was the last time you had a check up. Also maybe cutting down the caffiene just to see what would happen. good luck

you need to change your way of thinking about the world. you may be getting this anxiety from little things in your life. you don't need any stupid yoga, you can fix this by sitting on the couch hanging out.
in russian theres this word: pohue, i live on the beliefs of my religion, but on the side i created pohueism to teach my self not to get frustrated over small things.

pohue: not caring about little things, just waving them off as if its not important and it doesn't bother you.
