to the end of the block... yes you can consume candies long after the expiry date.

I think it depends on the candy.

Chocolate gets pretty funky after a year...or even sooner sometimes I think. If it has those white spots on it I don't think you're supposed to eat it.

Not sure what kind of candy you mean though. Guess it would depend on the ingredients and how 'good' the preservatives are.

Not candy that has milk in it, or fat, like chocolate. but you can consume sugar-made candy long after they expire. 2 years sounds a lot, well, try, if it looks like no worms are on it, if you get diarrhea don't blame us though! Consider yourself warned!

Its true but when you open it especially if its chocolate and it has a grey look it will taste stale.
