The Xbox 360 is lame and i mean lame next to a PS3
I think owners of this console are jealous that they didnt have the patience to wait for the PS3 and now dont have the money to buy one so they slag it off
even those of you with the money or who own both consoles and say the 360 is better are just saying so because you dont want to look stupid like all the other saddos who own one

Just accept you made a poor error of judgment in your purchase just like you probably do with your clothes
like flared brown chords and fly away collared shirts

People just get defensive of what they have. It's a matter of pride.

I am only amused by the same old arguments of price and lack of games. The PS3 60 gb and 360 elite are now basically the same price. PS3 has been putting out 2 or 3 games a week now since august and I don't know anyone who can afford to buy 2 or 3 $60 games a week, so how are there not enough games?? I make a shitload of money and I still don't have enough time to keep up with all thePS3 titles they have been churning out.

So to me the price and games arguments are over. I bought the PS3 because Ps2 was so amazing.

I'm glad I did. Not to say 360 is bad in anyway 360 just doesn't have as many good games as its owners make there out to be. All the best 360 games have come out in the last 8 months. Thats not so great considering 360 is going on its 3rd year. PS3 already has 4 or 5 awesome exclusives in under a year.

This argument will go on for a long time. The best thing to do is to keep your mouth shut and let time do the talking. Playstation has always had the best games and thats not changing. By 2008 PS3 will have the most desired titles around and all 360 will be touting is Halo 4. LOL. How many FPS can you play before it gets old? I think 360 needs more than a bunch of FPS in order to stay with PS3 over the long haul.

Take care.

Man you sound just as bad as the Microsoft and Wii fanboys. I don't care what product you are pushing, ALL fanboys are terrible and they are more likely to push people away.

For the record I own a 360, and still say in the end the PS3 will win out because as a TOTAL system it will be better. Right now the 360 is better. The PS3 doesn't have the games yet and hasn't fully unlocked it's power yet. It also hasn't been out over a year like the 360. It will catch up. Sony though is letting the PS2 keep it's attention, that way they can work on the POWER of the PS3, rather then just throw out game after game after game so people don't realize that it is maxed in power and only as good as the other system that is just starting.

Because they can't face the facts. The only reason the XBox has a better library of games is because it's been out for a year longer. Technology-wise the XBox 360 is an inferior console and once the game library catches up the PS3 is going to expose it as such.

Plus, the PS3 is more bang for your buck. If you add a wireless adapter, HD/DVD drive, Memory Card reader, bigger HDD and XBox Live payments you're paying closer to $900 for the 360. For $600, you get all that stuff included in your PS3...and that's if you count the HD/DVD drive as comparable to the BluRay Disc. Personally, I don't. BluRay is going to win the format war.

And if that isn't enough, I've got four words for you:
RED RING OF DEATH!

I don't know. PS3 is much better. In 2008 we'll have more than 300 games. Right now there is no game, that uses PS3 on 100%. XBOX 360 is just a lame Billy Gates' creation, which main purpose is sucking out your money. It's already old, much weaker, unstable, imho, waste of money.

I agree that the PS3 is superior in everyway, except one; it lacks more games, they seem to be taking awhile to release some big names or something special, but yeah I still agree with you. Once those games start popping out like GTA4, people will change their minds....

Out of the topic: Truth be told, I thought the wii would no make it in the game world anymore, I was like what does it have over PS3 and Xbox 360, but now I know that it was the games that makes its the system stronger.

Sounds like your angry you wasted 600 dollars on a machine with NO GAMES!!
Honestly though the 360 uses it's memory better than the PS3, has more dedicated to video, the graphics are the same, I have both I know. The thing that pisses me off about the PS3 is that it's an overgl;orified Bluray player and THATS IT. The games library sucks... oh I know wait a yaer they're coming out soon.... problem is I don't want to wait. THey launched with what 1 good title and it wasn't great. 90% of the games coming out for the PS3 are coming out at the same time for the 360, and they look the same on 1080p. The only thing the 360 didn't have was a dedicated HD device where as Sony hoping and praying that the Bluray does it for them. I hate Blurray BTW, overpriced dvd.... why the **** do I want to look at extra "how they made it" while watching the movie. 7.1 is great as is 1080p but 30 dollars for a movie???
Quit trolling

Probably because the Xbox 360 is cheaper and has way more games. Plus most of the Sony exclusives are being brought over to Microsoft too. Also Halo3 will be an Xbox 360 only title.

Could it be the wider range of games than the ps3 right now? I myself, have been a Sony follower since it came out, but right now, if I had to buy one not only for value for money, but also for choice, I would go for the X-Box 360.

Being suckered into buying a PS3 this early for that kind of price, in my books, is rediculous. 400quid for a console that doesnt even have a great choice of games. Why buy it if you cant use it? Wait til the price drops after christmas

The 360 is lame, huh? Tell that to Team Ninja, developers of Ninja Gaiden (and NG Black), the Dead or Alive series, and the forthcoming Ninja Gaiden II! Tell that Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of Final Fantasy, who already has one 360 exclusive game (Blue Dragon) under his belt and has another one coming soon (Lost Odyssey)! Tell that to BioWare (developer of the upcoming RPG Mass Effect)! Tell that to 2K Games, developers of BioShock! Tell that to UbiSoft (developers of Splinter Cell: Conviction)!

I hope you're not trying to say that the PS3 has a slew of awesome exclusives. Heavenly Sword? Ugh, no! LAIR? Such wasted promise. The PS3 has all of 2 awesome exclusives right now: Resistance: Fall of Man and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. If Sony is hopin' to turn this thing around, they better get MGS4: Guns of the Patriots and FFXIII on shelves pretty quick. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Ratchet & Clank are the only worthwhile upcoming titles coming out before year's end.
