I have a Sentra ga16DE, had quite few problems recently. Big one is this... Occasionally driving along a motorway at 100km/hr or 3000rpm the car judders and it feels like the engine has lost power but the revs remain the same. Pressing the accelerator does nothing. 3-5 seconds later the car lurches forward and all normal functions are returned even if I do nothing. This only happens in fifth gear some times a couple of days apart, other times a month or so apart. I have replaced everything to do with the fuel system with the correct parts.

The distributor shaft seal sometimes starts to leak oil into the electronics inside the distributor cap remove the cap rotor and the black plastic piece under the rotor and see if oil is getting in. In which case remove a small portion of the dist. cap sealing o ring at the bottom to allow the oil to run out onto the transmission case. In about 4 years the leak will worsen and then you will need a new distributor.

there is an old asserting,"you are able to positioned something into something". that's going to cost you greater that what the Sentra is rather worth. Your the guy who has to confirm if its rather worth to you or not. T-bear
