depends on where u are in HK. If you are near to the HK-Macau Ferry terminal that's the quickest and easiest way - probably cheapest too. Because Macau is quite a small place the airport is only about ten minutes from the ferry terminal. Only go by plane as a last resort. It's expensive and time consuming unless you're very close to the airport in HK

Take a ferry from the Royal Pacific ferry terminal to Macau.
It is cheap fast, around one hour.
Make sure you have a visa for entry into Macau as I am not sure you will be classed as in transit.
Take a short taxi ride from the ferry to Macau airport

Take ferry from Shun Tak Centre (Hong Kong Macao Ferry) to Macao, and then take a taxi. Ferry cost about 140, taxi about 40, in HK Dollar.
