In the oven at least one hour at a middle temperature surrounded with peelde onions ( two or three ) and tomatoes
Rub it with oil and some pwder sugar, ginger powder, and in the dish put sometimes half a smallglass of water so that the meat does not get dry - in order to evaluate that the center of the meat is hot use a long knitting needle and cross the piece of meat with it - then put the needle on you upper lip ( this is no joke ) if the needle is warm even in the middle, then it's ready to serve .

Bon appétit !!! Braised apples are wonderful with pork

Put it in a pan with a lid, add a 2 cups of water, black pepper and a tablespoon each of vinegar and honey and a chicken stock cube and cook it covered for 2 hours at 140C. Remove the lid turn up the heat spoon some of the liquid over it and give it 15-20 mins. more to brown it.
