I mean, suppose he really had? Wouldn't you feel embarrassed or something if you didn't believe him?

I don't mean some Spanish guy called Jesus btw. I mean the second coming. What if it happened through Yahoo Answers? How would you know if it was real or not?

Cute question.

Jesus himself said that every eye would see his return, not to believe it if somebody says "Jesus is posting in Yahoo!Answers!" LOL !

Now, this was okay with Christians in a flat-world society. I can't help wondering how long it took before somebody in the round-world society realized this was impossible.

THIS is what i LOVE about Truth. It's big enough to encompass all, even apparent contradictions. Late 20th century technology will make the 2nd Coming harder to miss than the bombing of the World Trade Center.

Revelation is not for beginners. Try the Gospels.

No I wouldn't believe it. Do you really think he would need to use such limited earthly media to notify us of his return. Mathew 24:29 "Immediatley after the tribulation of those days the sky will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light and the stars will fall from heaven and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. (30) And then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and then all the earth will beat themselves in lamentation, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory." So, I will believe he has returned when I see these things and not before. Also from Mathew 24:26 "Therefore, if people say to YOU, 'Look! He is in the wilderness,' do not go out; 'Look! He is in the inner chambers,' do not believe it."

Sure, if he is somehow revived after being dead for 2000 years, and learn English, the use of a desk top computer, etc, and bother himself to write something to Yahoo answers, then I'll believe anything.

That would be a ridiculous notion. Jesus trying to reach us via Internet?

True Christians would not. Jesus is coming back but no further than the sky.

Sorry.

I would know because at the second coming Jesus returns as himself god ,not in human form and every eye shall see Him.

No, but I'm not convinced he even existed in the first place.
