I dont even have a scale. I'm really scared to even get one because once women have scales they get really paranoid about their weight and start trying to diet all the time. If you're clothes still fit then you shouldn't worry about it. :) The only time you should see your weight is at the doctors office or if you REALLY think you're gaining a lot of weight - you dont fit in your clothes, etc.
But. If you have a scale at home I think the best thing you can do is just hide it somewhere so you dont think about it. Plus. If you weigh yourself everyday or everyother day you'll be mislead because you fluctuate your weight so much throughout the week because of waterweight and so on. Which can cause the start of diets that do not need to be started. Which ulitmately will lead to an unhealthy/stressful lifestyle. So hide the scale!!!!

Never. It can be demoralising and it doesn't reflect the way you look anyway. An athletic person can look thinner but weigh more due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. Your name really says it all, only be a Twiggy look-alike if that is the way you are built, otherwise maintain a healthy lifestyle and a weight where you look and feel good. If you are not built that way and you starve yourselve to look like that, you won't look good anyway and you will feel terrible.
Don't weight yourself. Eat healthy, get exercise and go by the dress-size you wear...

I never weigh myself. Since I do a lot of weight training, the scale would never read correctly because muscle weighs more than fat. I believe the best measure of weight progress is how your clothes fit.

Like the above poster, a few times per day. It's unhealthy, I know. The only time I really take serious note of what it says though is first thing in the morning after I wake up.

used to weight 3 times a day, +more on weekends.
now, i'm trying to only weigh once a week. not having much luck with it, though

i try to do it only twice a week, i find it not accurate as weight fluctuates so much, i seeed to have lost 3 kilos in 2 hours but i obviously hadnt, try to go by clothing :)
