Take this from someone who knows: NO!

I was married for ten years, then divorced and am single for 15 yrs now. With no plans whatsoever to marry again. I am not bitter or anything, even still friends with my ex, but i don't think i should have married in the first place.

You know yourself. If you are satisfied and happy with your life as it is, no need to panic. My sister married the first time at the age of 34 and she's expecting her second child now. So there is more than plenty time left if you want to marry. Just DO NOT panic. Enjoy life as it is. And believe that whatever is meant for you will happen, no matter what you have decided. That's a fact, seen it too many times in my own life. Good luck

I'd be worried about my biological clock ticking away, every year taking me further away from having children. While we're in an age where it's perfectly acceptable for an older single woman to have a child alone using a sperm donor or other methods, I would still want to be pregnant with my second child, and married by the time I'm 30.

30 something? Try being single at 40 something. You still got plenty of time to find Mr or Ms right. Dont push it or you will make a very bad mistake. Take care of yourself first. The rest will come when it is time

Since I'm in that situation as I type this answer to you, I'm still hopeful, even at the age of 42 years young, one day I will have someone to share myself with. A reason to continue breathing and living.
