After going for grooming, my dog was shivering till now. And he don't want to eat nor drink. He would lie at his bed, all the time.

I brought him to that groomer before! Sunday, I brought him to a vet, doc say nothing was wrong. I remember previously time I brought him to that groomer. That groomer told me that "your dog will be ready at 4". When I went to fetch my dog at 4, the groomer was sitting down outside watching tv and chating with the partner."Your dog isn't really yet, it will be done at 5 or 6" she told me. How can she sit down there and leave my dog alone...WERID

If I was you, I would NOT take him back to that groomer. Something happened to your dog while he was there, and it doesn't sound like the groomer is professional at all. There are too many good and caring groomers out there, so move on. Ask your vet or other dog owners for references. Good luck!

wait another day and see what happens. he may be traumatized by the grooming/groomer or he could've caught a cold (many pets go in and out of the groomer all the time, most only require rabies vaccines, but not anything else). Good luck!

The groomer might have used a soap that the dog is allergic to, maybe just rinsing him off real good with warm water will help. If he's still not eating or drinking you need to take him to a vet ASAP.

next time stay and watch what takes place at the groomers. sometimes they use nooses around the neck to keep the dog still and possibly scold or scare the dog to be submissive, after my poodle came home the same way i started grooming her myself and she was quite content. or perhaps you should think of getting a new groomer. good luck.

I'm sorry your dog has a rabies.
Rabies is a viral zoonotic disease that causes acute encephalitis in mammals. In non-vaccinated humans, rabies is almost invariably fatal after neurological symptoms have developed, but prompt post-exposure vaccination may prevent the virus from progressing. There are only six known cases of a person surviving rabies after the onset of symptoms.

Has your dog been to groomers before?
Maybe you should change groomer, do his grooming yourself, or watch and wait while they do it.
I've heard horror stories of what goes on behind some groomers door!
If only the poor pets could talk.
Something happened there for your dog to react like that.
I'd be suspicious.

Your dog may be depressed that you left him. That he don't like the groomer he goes to. See if you can find another groomer that may be punctual and has accreditation's.
