If a girl came on to you would you push her away? What if she touched you? Under what circumstances would you reject her?
I'm asking because I hate rejection... :-/

Honestly most guys will not reject a woman at all. Really only a couple of things I can think of will do it.
1) If the guy can't stand the girl.
2) She is the total opposite of the type of looks he likes. AKA she is a bigger woman and he likes smaller woman, but if his friends won't find out then alot of guys will try to get with her anyways.
3) Hygienically she is not up to par.
Other wise I would say you probably won't have any issues.

Know one has ever done that to me except rapists.
IF I liked that person I would be flattered no end. The most I have ever done to touch somebody is when i was at a shop and I made sure my hand touched hers when she gave me change. (she likes me so I was flirting).

the only time i'd reject a woman is if i didn't want anything to do with her...not even as friends or for sex.

came on to me? do you mean aggressive flirting? i'd love it, assuming i was interested in her.
touching? great...assuming i am interested in her.
this is simple. you are fine with a girl flirting and touching...if you find her attractive and are interested in her. otherwise, it's very unwelcome. you may not tell her so exactly, but just show a lack of interest.
so, try to gauge his attraction to you. is he flirting? is he checking you out? if so, if you come on strong, he'll probably love it.

I think as a young person that age, just asking would be the best. Being mature about it is a good start. If a girl was in to me at that age.................I think I would be in to her too! (in the physical sense)

we all hate rejection but you get used to it... anyway.. i wold reject her if i didnt like her or if she seemed annoying or if she was interupting a convo or something.
