i have put on 10kgs in the past 6 months mainly from binge eating i'm DETERMIND to lose the 10kgs in the next 3 months but have i stuffed up my metabolism??

Your best bet is to retrain your metabolism by eating smart. 6 small meals per day may be better than 3 large ones. Once the retraining is complete, the weight should start falling off. Of more importance may be the REASON for the binge eating, however.

Binge eating (and then throwing up after) can certainly decrease your metabolism. Drink plenty of water and go for regular 30 min walks (I'd try daily). This should knock your metabolism back into sync. Give it a week or two. If nothing happens consult your doctor.

do some cardio to get your metabolism back in shape, and try to figure out why you've been binge eating, and replace it with another habit- like cleaning the house, or walking your dog.

No you will be ok.
Just eat healthy and a little bit of exercise you will loose the weight in no time at all :)

You might want to control your food intake. That way, your body will not store any excess nutrients.
