my cheese cake is not setting mostly because i added less gelatin.can i add more gelatin now? will it distrupt the cake.it has just set a little.what do i do?

If you have an ice cream freezer, how about running it through the freezer, and making gourmet ice cream? You can also stir it up, and freeze it one hour, stir again, freeze an hour, stir again, freeze again (etc. until it's like ice cream).

go for it. if the gelatin that's already in it sets, you're going to have to heat it back up.

and trying to fix it now beats cheese soup.
