do you want to walk around with a tattoo someone else has?
(I would be so mad to see someone has copied my tattoo, so make sure you ask the person who has it if they have a problem with it!)
I personally would take the designs to a good tattooist to let them see what style you like and get them design a tattoo for you
there are many good artists out there that will only do custom work so you can say what you like and they will draw some custom piece for you

Probably yes, but it depends on each design. Take a design you like to your tatooist and ask them whether the design you want can be done in black and still look good. A good quality tattooist will probably tell you everything you need to know.

something in color may be able to be converted to a black and grey but it definitely would lose it's punch. take the picture and convert it to black and white in a photo program, that would basically be the way it could look on skin. i always prefer color because there seems to be more range in what you can do with color.

I'll also choose a black tattoo rather than a colored one.
i dont think it would lose its effect and itll be better, for me...

if so, take the picture that you want and copy it in black and white. you can do it in a program on your computer if you have one. if not print it out and take it to kinkos to copy it in black and white
look at it because that is how the tatto is going to come out if you get it in black and gray ink

It might take away from it, or it might be great in black and white. Depends on the style of the flash.
