I hadn't heard this term in ages. Koch discovered the bacillus that caused tuberculosis.
Sometimes a calcified lymph node in the lung signifies an arrested case of TB. This is sometimes called a Ghon complex or tubercle. A person with this finding may have a positive skin test, but no active TB.
I'm guessing, but I think that is what a minimal Koch's infection is. It sounds to me that someone didn't want to mention tuberculosis for whatever reason.

Koch's infection is another name for tuberculosis / TB.
So minimal Koch's infection in lungs mean you get TB lung / pulmonary TB with minimal lession.
You'll have to undergo several procedure before your doctor treat you some antibiotic : rifampycin, INH, etc. You must take those regiment everyday for 6 month to 1 years, depend on your AB resistancy.
